AI Agent Design & Deployment
We design, build, and deploy autonomous agents for specific operational workflows. The agent spec is written and signed off before build starts. Deployment means running in your environment, not ours.
Scope note: We build agents for a defined workflow, not open-ended AI assistants. If you're looking for something that "does everything", we're not the right fit.
LLM Workflow Integration
Connecting a large language model to your existing tools — CRMs, ERPs, ticketing systems, internal APIs — so it can take actions, not just generate text. We handle the integration and error-handling that the documentation skips over.
Scope note: Integration work assumes you have existing systems we can connect to. We don't build the underlying platforms — we connect the model to what you already have.
Agent Monitoring & Maintenance
Agents drift. Models update. Data distributions shift. We run ongoing monitoring for deployed agents — output quality tracking, drift detection, monthly evaluation runs, and incident response when something breaks.
Scope note: We primarily monitor agents we've built. We will occasionally take on monitoring for third-party agent systems, but this requires an audit period first.
Workflow Automation Consulting
Before automation, there's process. We run structured workflow audits for teams considering AI automation — mapping decision nodes, identifying what's ready, and calling out what shouldn't be automated yet. The output is a written readiness report, not a sales pitch for more services.
Scope note: This is a standalone engagement. We give honest assessments — including "you're not ready yet" — because our reputation depends on projects that work.
